Hi! My name is Emily Marie. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and my journey in the beauty industry started back in 2015. After bouncing from one corporate establishment to the next, I decided it was time to have a space of my own. Named after my beloved pet bird, I'm thrilled to welcome you to Starling Hair Studio- operating out of Schaumburg, Illinois inside of Salon Lofts off of West Golf Road. My specialties include but are not limited to: classic clipper styles, close-cropped fades, long-layered cuts, textured bobs, mullets, vivid color, lived-in color, and corrective color. When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me cooking up some food, making a beautiful mess with acrylic paint, or making music. I also love movies and enjoy any recommendations for my next watch. Whether you're a familiar face or a brand new one, I am thrilled to have you in my chair. I can't wait to do your hair!
